Standards

Editorial policy

Our goal is to make complex terms easier to understand without hiding risk or overstating certainty.

Sources and verification

Legal, licensing, and regulatory claims should be checked against current primary sources, including regulator registers and official rules. Operator terms should be checked directly and dated. Secondary sources may provide context but should not replace authoritative records.

Accuracy and corrections

Each guide should receive a documented factual review before publication. Material errors should be corrected promptly, and a correction note should be added where readers could be misled by the earlier version.

Commercial independence

Any affiliate relationship must be clearly disclosed. Commercial relationships must not be presented as proof of quality, safety, or suitability. No operator rating, bonus, licence status, or independent test result should be published without evidence.

Safer gambling

Content must not portray gambling as income, imply that losses can be recovered through more gambling, or encourage readers to chase losses. Risk and local eligibility should be stated clearly.

Current status

This policy sets the editorial standards for the site's current educational content and any future operator profiles. No casino profiles are currently scored or ranked. We do not claim a source was checked, a product was tested, or a compliance review was completed unless a record supports that claim. Publisher and contact details, privacy practices, and market-specific requirements should be reviewed and maintained as the site develops.
