Operator information

Clear listings. Independent standards.

BeInCasinos is developing an English-language publication focused on operator identity, market-specific licensing evidence, terms, withdrawals, and safer-gambling information.

Current status

Commercial partnerships are in development.

We are completing launch, legal, privacy, audience-measurement, and market-eligibility checks. No paid placement or affiliate deal is currently being sold or accepted, and no audience or search-performance figure is being represented as established.

Subject to those checks, future commercial discussions may cover a fixed-fee listing or sponsorship, performance-based affiliate commission (CPA or revenue share), or a hybrid arrangement combining a fixed fee with performance commission. Availability will depend on the market, product, partner rules, measurement capability, and a written agreement.

Editorial independence is not for sale

Payment cannot buy a positive review, licence conclusion, “safe” badge, score increase, or inclusion in a top-10 ranking. Every profile must pass the same evidence and market-eligibility checks, whether or not an operator pays.

Commercial placements, if introduced, will be labelled clearly as “Paid listing” or “Sponsored”. A fee is not proof that an operator is licensed, lawful for a particular reader, or suitable for them. We may decline or remove claims that cannot be supported.

Evidence before commercial claims

We will not publish audience size, search visibility, traffic, clicks, leads, or conversions without dated source data, a clear reporting period, and stated limitations. Search impressions are not the same as visitors or customers.

Market-by-market review

Regulatory permissions and advertising restrictions differ by jurisdiction and product. A licence in one market is not worldwide permission. We will not accept placements until the intended market, product, operator identity, and planned promotion have passed the applicable review.

What an operator should prepare

To make a future review efficient, an operator should be ready to provide evidence that can be checked independently. A sales deck or affiliate-network listing alone is not enough.

  • Identity and domain: exact public website domain, legal entity name, registered business details, and the relationship between the brand and the operating company.
  • Market permission: the regulator and licence or authorisation identifiers, plus the official register entry matching the entity, domain, product, and intended reader market.
  • Current player terms: terms of service, bonus rules, wagering and withdrawal limits, payment fees, identity-verification requirements, complaint process, and dispute-resolution route.
  • Safer-gambling information: age requirements, deposit/time limits, time-outs, self-exclusion, and support resources available in each proposed market.
  • Commercial and tracking details: the proposed markets and product, applicable affiliate programme terms, permitted traffic sources, attribution window, reporting fields, payment conditions, and any required pre-approval.
  • Evidence contact: a business contact authorised to answer follow-up questions and provide dated updates when licences, domains, or terms change.

How a future submission would be handled

  1. Confirm the exact operator, domain, product, and intended market.
  2. Check official permission and applicable publication/advertising restrictions before scoring or commercial discussion.
  3. Review primary-source evidence and current player terms; record unresolved items rather than assuming compliance.
  4. Make editorial decisions independently of any commercial negotiation.
  5. If a placement is eligible and commercial terms are later approved, document the agreement, measurement limits, disclosure label, and removal/correction process in writing.

Submitting information would not guarantee publication, a review, a positive assessment, or a commercial agreement. Incomplete or conflicting evidence may result in a hold or rejection.
