The BeInCasinos standard

Reviews built on evidence, not hype.

Our aim is to create useful, market-specific casino reviews that help readers check the operator behind a brand, understand important terms, and see the limits of what has been verified.

Methodology version 1.0 · Updated 21 October 2026 · Planned standard; no live casino profiles are scored or ranked.

Before a profile goes live

Verify the facts that matter.

We check the exact website and operating entity against the relevant regulator's current register, then review product scope, territory restrictions, terms, withdrawals, complaints, and safer-gambling tools. Every material claim needs a source and a check date.

Licensing and permitted products vary by jurisdiction. A record in one regulator's register is not proof that a brand may serve every country, state, or product category.

Our review checklist

  • Exact domain and legal operator matched.
  • Relevant primary regulator source checked for the named market.
  • Product scope and territorial limits stated clearly.
  • Official terms, withdrawal rules, complaints route, and support resources reviewed.
  • Unknowns and limitations shown instead of guessed.
  • Review date and next-check date recorded.
  • Paid placement and affiliate relationships disclosed separately.

Editorial independence

A fee cannot buy a rating.

Commercial relationships may be disclosed, but they do not change licence facts, review conclusions, or the order in which evidence is presented. Paid placement must be labelled visibly.

Publication status

The BeInCasinos review directory is still in development. We are not presenting an unverified list of casinos as recommendations. Individual profiles will appear only after their evidence and market-specific publication checks are complete.

Our scoring weights

After a profile passes every market-specific eligibility gate, the planned assessment uses six criteria totalling 100 points:

  • Terms clarity and fairness — 25 points
  • Payments and withdrawals transparency — 20 points
  • Safer-gambling controls and information — 20 points
  • Complaints and customer-support transparency — 15 points
  • Operator and licence transparency — 10 points
  • Usability and information accessibility — 10 points

Eligibility checks are pass/fail and are not replaced by a score. If a required check fails or evidence is missing, a profile is not scored or is withheld. If a criterion cannot be assessed, we withhold the total instead of inventing points. Scores and any future rankings must identify the market, product scope, evidence date, and limitations.

How to use our research

Use official regulator registers and the operator's own current terms as primary evidence. Check the date, exact legal entity, domain, product, and jurisdiction. If any of those do not match, treat the claim as unresolved.

Our material is informational, not legal or financial advice, and it is not an invitation to gamble. Availability and law differ by location; readers should check their local rules.
