Source-first research
Regulatory claims should be checked against the regulator’s own register or current official guidance. Offer terms should be checked directly with the relevant operator and recorded with a date. Where information cannot be verified, it should be omitted or labelled as uncertain.
Eligibility before scoring
Before a casino can be considered for a market-specific review or ranking, we must identify the exact domain and legal operator, verify current official regulator evidence and product scope where required, confirm the market-specific publication gate, and review current terms and withdrawal rules. If a mandatory check is unresolved, the profile is not scored or is not published. A licence in one jurisdiction is not worldwide permission.
Published scoring framework
Once a profile passes every eligibility gate, our planned editorial assessment uses the same weighted criteria for comparable products in the same market. Scores describe the evidence reviewed on a stated date; they are not guarantees of legality, safety, fairness, or future performance.
- Terms clarity and fairness — 25 points: wagering base, restrictions, expiry, maximum cashout, and access to full terms.
- Payments and withdrawals transparency — 20 points: limits, fees, processing stages, verification requirements, and dispute steps.
- Safer-gambling controls and information — 20 points: visible limits, time-outs, self-exclusion, age information, and help resources.
- Complaints and customer-support transparency — 15 points: support routes, formal complaints process, and escalation information.
- Operator and licence transparency — 10 points: clear legal entity, exact domain, current licence details, and regulator links.
- Usability and information accessibility — 10 points: findability/readability of terms, restrictions, and key account/help controls.
Each score needs evidence notes, source links, a check date, and editorial review. We do not claim to have tested deposits, withdrawals, customer service, or gameplay unless a documented test was actually performed. If a criterion cannot be assessed, we withhold the total score rather than inventing points.
“Top 10” lists, if published, will be limited to a named market and comparable product scope after enough eligible profiles have passed the same rubric. We will not present an unqualified worldwide ranking where products and laws are not comparable.
Commercial fees, affiliate commission, sponsorship, and sales outreach cannot affect eligibility, scores, or editorial order. Paid placement must be visibly labelled and cannot buy a positive review or guaranteed top-10 inclusion.
Tools and calculations
Interactive tools should show their assumptions, formulas, and limitations in plain language. A result must not be presented as a prediction, legal conclusion, safety rating, or recommendation. Test inputs at zero, blank, invalid, and unusually large values; check keyboard access and mobile layouts before release.
Corrections and updates
Once publication begins, our intended review schedule is to re-check operator identity, domain, and relevant licence/register evidence at least every 90 days, and sooner when a regulator notice, operator change, material terms update, or credible correction request gives us reason to act. We will record the last-checked date and a next-check target for each profile. A date is a record of when evidence was checked, not a guarantee that the information remains unchanged.
If a material check becomes overdue or a key claim cannot be re-verified, we will mark the profile as needing review, suspend its score/ranking where appropriate, or remove it until the evidence is resolved. Material corrections should be made promptly and documented rather than silently preserving a misleading claim. This is a planned operating standard; it must be resourced and followed before the site can claim an active review database.
Current publication state
The site currently publishes educational information and tools; no live casino profiles are scored or ranked. Before an operator profile is published, its content must be fact-checked, the publisher and contact details maintained, privacy practices implemented, and target-market and affiliate requirements reviewed. Do not interpret this page as certification, endorsement, or a guarantee of operator safety.
