- Verify support resources and escalation routes for that country.
- Document the source, date checked, reviewer, and next review date.
Primary-source starting points for the intended markets
- Australia: ACMA — Interactive Gambling Act. Online casino services are generally prohibited under Australian law; do not promote offshore casino offers as locally legal or available.
- United States: New York State Gaming Commission is one state-level starting point. There is no single nationwide online-casino licence; review the exact state, product, regulator, and operator.
- France: ANJ — illegal online gambling offers. Online casino games are not among the generally authorised online gambling categories; do not present offshore online casinos as legal in France.
- Germany: GGL — official whitelist of permitted providers. Match the exact domain, legal entity, and product scope.
- Switzerland: Federal Gaming Board — online gambling. A foreign licence is not Swiss authorisation.
- Great Britain: Gambling Commission business register. Verify the entity, active licence, relevant remote activity, and domain/trading name.
- Netherlands: Kansspelautoriteit — register of licensees. Check the exact licensed entity and website/product.
These are starting points, not legal advice or publication approval. Confirm current laws, product permissions, advertising restrictions, and affiliate-program terms before targeting a market. Keep a market marked unknown/not approved if the exact permission cannot be verified.
Record what you verify
For each market, keep a short evidence record: regulator, applicable law or guidance, operator identity, permitted products, affiliate conditions, required disclosures, source links, date reviewed, and unresolved questions. Do not publish a market as “approved” until the evidence is current and reviewed.
